The Forged Phoenix supports adults navigating the lingering effects of emotionally difficult experiences — including narcissistic or emotionally abusive relationships, grief, chronic stress, burnout, major life transitions, people-pleasing, self-doubt, and feeling disconnected from themselves.
You do not need to arrive with a diagnosis, a perfectly defined goal, or your entire story figured out.
You may simply know that something no longer feels right and that you are ready to explore a different way forward.

If you are unsure where to begin, a free 30-minute Discovery Call gives us space to talk about what you are experiencing, what kind of support you are looking for, and whether Phoenix Rising, Rise & Reclaim, Qigong, or another approach feels like the most appropriate starting point.
There is no expectation that you have your entire healing path mapped out before we speak.

Depending on the program, session, and your individual needs, our work may incorporate energy-based wellness practices such as Emotion Code®, Body Code®, and Belief Code®, along with nervous-system regulation support, guided self-reflection, and Qigong.
You do not need previous experience with any of these modalities.
I will explain what we are doing, why we are using it, and what you can expect throughout the process.

Energy work is a complementary wellness approach that explores emotional, energetic, and subconscious patterns that may be associated with how you experience stress, emotions, relationships, and your overall sense of well-being.
Within The Forged Phoenix, energy-based practices are used as tools for personal reflection, emotional processing, relaxation, and self-awareness.
They are not medical or mental health treatments and are not used to diagnose or treat physical or psychological conditions.
-
No particular spiritual belief system is required to work with me.
You are welcome to approach the process with curiosity rather than certainty.
My goal is to create a grounded environment where you can explore what resonates with you, notice your own experience, and decide what feels supportive.
-
Every session is a little different because the work is guided by what you are experiencing and where you are within the process.
We typically begin by checking in on what has been happening since your previous session and identifying what feels most relevant to explore.
From there, we will use energy-based wellness techniques appropriate to the current stage of your program.
We also leave time to talk about what emerged and how you can support yourself as you integrate the session afterward.
-
This work is not limited to what happens during our time together.
You may notice emotions, memories, insights, changes in perspective, or greater awareness of familiar patterns between sessions.
Depending on what we are working on, I may also suggest simple reflection practices, nervous-system tools, or a Qigong flow to support your processing and integration.
There is no expectation that you process everything perfectly. Integration is part of the work.

I do not diagnose or treat medical or mental health conditions.

No. The Forged Phoenix does not diagnose or treat PTSD, C-PTSD, anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, or any other medical or mental health condition.
You may see these experiences discussed on the website because many people who seek complementary support have lived through chronic stress, grief, difficult relationships, emotional abuse, burnout, or other challenging experiences.
References to these experiences describe the people and circumstances I often support — not a claim that I provide clinical treatment for them.
